Waalaxy Alternatives: 3 Tools Compared (2026)
Short answer
Compare Expandi for conditional LinkedIn and email sequences, OutFlo for several LinkedIn senders, and Trendle for a recurring prospect shortlist. Those are different reasons to look beyond Waalaxy. A new subscription only helps if it fixes the problem you actually have.
This article is published by Trendle, one of the three options below. It compares vendor documentation, not results from campaigns we ran. Competitor features and prices were checked on September 23, 2026. Offers can change; confirm the terms for your account before paying.
Waalaxy alternatives at a glance
| The task you need | Option to examine | Published price | Important limitation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Keep a working LinkedIn or LinkedIn/email workflow | Waalaxy | Check your localized plan price | Email is included in Business; Inbox is a paid add-on |
| Build a path with conditions across LinkedIn and email | Expandi | Business: $99/month | Check the subscription needed for each sender and any personalization extras |
| Coordinate multiple LinkedIn senders and replies | OutFlo | $39/month per connected LinkedIn account | Do not assume it replaces native email sending |
| Receive names with reasons to review them | Trendle | Pro: $99/month | One audience; not a multi-client campaign workspace or email sequence tool |
Sources: Waalaxy pricing, Expandi pricing, OutFlo's product comparison and Trendle pricing. Waalaxy's page displayed localized prices during our check, so we have not converted them into a supposedly universal dollar price. The other figures above are monthly offers, not annual prices divided by twelve.
Before switching, name the task that fails
Write down the obstacle before making a shortlist. These four questions help separate a software limitation from a process problem:
- What exact sequence do you need? List the steps, waits, conditions and stop rules. Compare that path with Waalaxy's available sequences before assuming it cannot work.
- Who owns a reply? Identify who sees it, who can respond and who prevents a second teammate from responding again. A shared view does not by itself settle responsibility.
- Where do usable prospects come from? If nobody can explain why a person belongs on the list, a different sending interface will not answer that question.
- What does the complete setup cost? Include the required plan, connected accounts, inbox extras, email services and any additional features you need.
Waalaxy has team tools, and its Business plan includes LinkedIn and email sequences. Its pricing page lists Inbox separately. Compare against that actual offer, rather than a blanket claim that Waalaxy cannot support teams or email.
If the audience itself is unclear, work through a LinkedIn prospecting process before buying another tool.
1. Expandi for conditional LinkedIn and email paths
Expandi is worth examining when your requirement is a particular sequence path. Its published builder supports conditions and actions, with LinkedIn and email steps in the same sequence. Business is listed at $99 per month, with a seven-day trial. Image, GIF and video personalization can involve additional paid products. Check the full requirements on Expandi's pricing page.
For a hypothetical example, a consultant might need an email follow-up after a LinkedIn step, while ensuring a reply stops the remaining actions. That is a requirement to verify, not a campaign result or a promise that every condition is available.
During evaluation, draw the intended path first. Then check whether the builder can represent it, what data each condition needs and where a reply changes the next action. Use an approved test contact if a live test is necessary. Seeing both channel names on a feature page is not enough.
The tradeoff: a flexible builder introduces decisions someone must maintain. If a Waalaxy sequence already performs the required steps, greater flexibility may add work without solving anything. Do not assume a different sequence produces better replies or that any automation tool guarantees account safety.
2. OutFlo for coordinating LinkedIn senders
OutFlo describes configurable sequences, multiple senders in one campaign and a shared inbox. Its own Waalaxy alternative page lists $39 per connected LinkedIn account per month and an eight-day trial without a card. Count connected accounts rather than assuming the price covers an unlimited team.
A hypothetical two-person operation illustrates the question to test: one person manages campaign setup, while each sender remains responsible for their own conversations. Can the team see the relevant replies and hand them to the intended owner without ambiguity? Confirm the actual permissions and workflow during evaluation; the existence of a shared inbox does not prove every handoff will work as you expect.
At the published rate, two connected accounts would mean $78 per month before any applicable taxes or additional services. That is arithmetic from the stated account price, not a quote for your setup.
The tradeoff: the source reviewed here does not establish native email sending as a replacement for Waalaxy Business. If email is essential, verify the requirement separately before switching. For more options centered on sender coordination, compare these HeyReach alternatives.
3. Trendle for deciding whom to contact
Trendle addresses a different task: a recurring prospect shortlist with context for your review. Its published promise is: A fresh ranked list every day, with the reason to contact each name. Pro is $99 per month for one audience, with 100 email credits per month and phone details available through top-up packs. Credits do not guarantee contact details will be available for every person. Check current pricing. Trendle is not a replacement for a multi-client campaign workspace or an email sequence tool. Its free offer is: Three free runs. No card, no count to chase. Free contact information is profile-only. If selecting relevant people is your problem, start free and review whether the reasons help you decide on a next step; they are not proof that someone intends to buy.
Use a four-task trial worksheet
Copy this table before evaluating a candidate. Fill in the task as precisely as possible, then record what you observed. A blank or unverified cell should remain unverified, rather than turning into a pass because a sales page sounded promising.
| Needed task | Current tool passes? | Candidate passes? | Evidence | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Our exact sequence path, including reply stop rules | ||||
| A clear reply owner for each sender | ||||
| Enough context to judge prospect relevance | ||||
| Required plan and extras within our budget |
For the sequence row, a hypothetical entry might describe a LinkedIn step, a wait and an email follow-up that stops after a reply. The evidence cell could reference a saved configuration and a test with an approved contact. For reply ownership, record the account permissions and a manual handoff check. These are examples of evidence to collect, not tests we have completed.
You do not need to send a real campaign to investigate pricing, permissions or whether the desired sequence can be configured. Use manual checks where sufficient, and approved test contacts for behavior that needs a live check. Avoid contacting people simply to compare software.
After the checks, choose one of three outcomes: keep the current setup, evaluate the unresolved requirement further, or switch because a specific needed task demonstrably works better. A pass on configuration does not establish improved sales results.
Before cancelling anything, check renewal terms, export options and which contact history or exclusions you need to preserve. Do not assume importing names also imports past replies, stop rules or decisions about whom not to contact.
Choose the smallest useful change
Keep Waalaxy if it passes the tasks that matter. Examine Expandi when the missing piece is a conditional path, OutFlo when it is sender coordination, and Trendle when it is a shortlist worth reviewing. If none fits, these Dripify alternatives offer additional task-based comparisons.
The decision should leave you with a clearer working process. A longer feature list is not evidence that you will contact better people, get more replies or win more customers.
Questions people ask next
- What is the best Waalaxy alternative?
- There is no single best replacement for every task. Consider Expandi for conditional LinkedIn and email paths, OutFlo for coordinating LinkedIn senders, and Trendle for a recurring prospect shortlist. Check that the candidate improves the task your current setup cannot handle before moving.
- Are there free Waalaxy alternatives?
- A trial is different from a free plan. The reviewed Expandi and OutFlo offers are time-limited trials. Trendle's free offer is: Three free runs. No card, no count to chase. Its free contact view is profile-only, and it does not replace a free email sequence tool.
- Which alternative supports LinkedIn and email?
- Expandi documents LinkedIn and email steps in its sequence builder. Waalaxy Business also includes LinkedIn and email sequences, so email alone is not a reason to leave it. Native email sending was not established for OutFlo in the source reviewed here; Trendle is not an email sequence replacement.
- Do I need to switch away from Waalaxy?
- No. Keep it if the required sequence, reply ownership and total cost work for your team. A weak prospect list may call for better research instead of a new sending tool. Check the current plan and any necessary add-ons before comparing a replacement.
