Dripify vs Expandi: Features and Pricing Compared (2026)
Short answer
Dripify offers a lower starting price. Expandi offers a conditional campaign builder at $99 a month. Both currently advertise LinkedIn and email sequences, so a comparison that separates them into LinkedIn-only versus multichannel starts from the wrong premise.
The useful question is which subscription supports your actual work without adding avoidable cost or losing conversation history. That means checking the plan, the number of sending accounts, the reply process and any extras before choosing.
We make Trendle, discussed briefly below for a different need: deciding whom to contact. This comparison uses vendor documentation reviewed on September 27, 2026. We did not run campaigns in either product. It does not measure their reply rates, ease of use or ability to prevent account restrictions.
Dripify vs Expandi at a glance
The figures below use US dollars and monthly billing unless stated otherwise. Sources are Dripify's pricing page and Expandi's pricing page. Confirm your checkout terms before subscribing.
| Decision | Dripify | Expandi |
|---|---|---|
| Published monthly price | Basic $59, Pro $79, Advanced $99 per user | Business $99; Agency pricing is custom at 10 or more seats |
| Annual commitment | Effective monthly prices of $39, $59 and $79 respectively | Advertises 20% off with annual upfront payment; confirm the exact total |
| Campaigns | One on Basic; unlimited on Pro and Advanced | Unlimited campaigns advertised for Business |
| Channels | LinkedIn and email sequences on paid plans | LinkedIn and email in one sequence |
| Testing and workflow | Live campaign editing advertised; A/B testing listed on Advanced | Conditional campaign builder advertised |
| Team requirements | Advanced lists multiple teams and additional controls | Agency lists roles, permissions, reports and white-label options |
| Visual options | Check the required feature and plan directly | Image/GIF personalization and Sendspark video involve paid extras |
| Trial | Seven days advertised, no card required | Seven days advertised; confirm payment and cancellation terms |
These are vendor descriptions. We have not tested either product. A feature appearing in a pricing table does not tell you whether it handles your particular mailbox, CRM fields or handover process.
What each plan costs
Start with the actions you need, then select the plan. Starting with the cheapest headline can conceal the subscription you will actually have to buy.
Dripify Basic permits one campaign. Pro adds unlimited campaigns, a dedicated inbox, CSV export, webhooks and HubSpot support. Advanced adds capabilities including multiple teams, step analytics and A/B testing. Those distinctions matter if you need several sequences or must preserve records during a switch.
Expandi Business lists unlimited campaigns and a conditional builder. Its Agency offer uses custom pricing at ten or more seats. Do not turn agency manager access into a claim that one Business subscription pays for every LinkedIn account your team wants to use.
A three-sender monthly example
Suppose three people each need their own sending seat. This hypothetical calculation assumes three separately billed units, excludes negotiated discounts and uses monthly billing for both products.
| Subscription | Calculation | Monthly software subtotal |
|---|---|---|
| Dripify Basic | 3 × $59 | $177 |
| Dripify Pro | 3 × $79 | $237 |
| Dripify Advanced | 3 × $99 | $297 |
| Expandi Business | 3 × $99 | $297 |
The $177 and $297 rows do not buy identical capabilities. If the team needs unlimited campaigns, Basic is already the wrong Dripify comparison. If it also needs Advanced's testing or team features, the difference in the listed monthly subscription price disappears.
Add taxes, required LinkedIn subscriptions, optional tools and any applicable mailbox costs separately. For Expandi, request an itemized quote if you need personalized images, GIFs or video. For either product, distinguish people who manage the workspace from accounts that send messages.
Annual effective monthly prices are useful for budgeting, but they are not the same as paying that amount each month. Compare the full commitment and cancellation terms before treating an annual discount as a saving. A short evaluation may reveal that the lower-priced annual purchase does not fit your process.
Compare the sequence you will actually run
Write one intended sequence before starting an evaluation. Include where the list comes from, which account sends each action, what happens after a reply and who takes responsibility for the next conversation.
For a hypothetical consulting team, the outline might be:
- A consultant reviews a short list of relevant businesses.
- Approved people enter the appropriate LinkedIn or email sequence.
- A response stops any follow-up that is no longer appropriate.
- The responsible consultant sees the reply and its context.
- A record of the conversation reaches the team's CRM or export.
That outline is a test specification. Whether either vendor performs every step in your setup is what the demonstration has to show. Ask each vendor to demonstrate it using the plan, mailbox and integration you intend to purchase.
Both now sell email, so check the details instead
Both vendors now advertise combined LinkedIn and email workflows. Dripify's own comparison also describes Gmail and Outlook support. Its current offer contradicts older articles that describe it as LinkedIn-only.
Instead of asking only whether email exists, check which mailbox connection you need, how replies are recognized and whether a reply on one channel prevents an unnecessary action on another. Document what requires a separate configuration or subscription. Avoid assuming that a broad integration label covers all the fields and actions your team uses.
Test the exact change you expect to make
Dripify advertises live campaign editing, and its Advanced plan lists A/B testing. Expandi advertises a conditional builder. Those descriptions are more useful than an unsupported claim that one tool is always flexible and the other always locks campaigns.
Ask to see a specific change: altering a follow-up for people who have not received it yet, changing a condition, or pausing selected records while preserving other work. Check what happens to people already partway through the sequence. For testing, confirm the available plan and how results are reported before designing a comparison around it.
Teams, replies and operating controls
A subscription that works for one sender can still be unsuitable for a shared team. Use these questions to turn the team discussion into a concrete evaluation:
| Area | What to verify |
|---|---|
| Sending accounts | How many paid seats cover your intended LinkedIn accounts? |
| Access | Who can edit campaigns, read replies and change billing? |
| Client separation | Can the arrangement keep the clients and records you manage appropriately separated? |
| Reply ownership | Who receives a response, and what happens if that person is away? |
| Exclusions | How are people who should not be contacted excluded from future work? |
| Handover | Which records, conversation details and statuses can be exported or reassigned? |
Dripify's Advanced and Expandi's Agency descriptions make team requirements worth checking explicitly. Do not assume every control sits inside the lowest-priced subscription, or that similar feature names produce identical access rules.
Operating controls also need a practical check. Expandi advertises scheduling, tags and a blacklist, among other controls. Confirm how pauses and exclusions behave in the workflow you select. None of those features establishes that a tool is restriction-proof. This comparison cannot identify a guaranteed safe winner or recommend a universal sending rate.
A switching checklist that protects ongoing conversations
A new subscription does not by itself complete a migration. Before replacing either tool, prepare a written handover:
- Inventory active work. Identify people awaiting a reply, scheduled follow-ups and conversations already handled elsewhere.
- Preserve available records. Check export permissions before cancelling. Dripify lists CSV export on Pro; do not assume an export option exists on every tier.
- Separate exclusions from prospects. Keep opted-out, already-contacted and otherwise excluded records distinguishable.
- Map fields and ownership. Decide which information must arrive in the new tool and who is responsible for each conversation.
- Pause overlapping workflows. Record pending actions and stop the old process before activating its replacement for the same people.
- Review a small transfer first. Inspect imported statuses, reply handling and exclusions before expanding the transfer.
- Assess the right outcomes. Compare relevant replies and qualified meetings over a suitable observation period, with costs and audience differences documented. A higher send count alone is not a better result.
This is a planning checklist for the handover itself. A CSV may preserve contact fields without transferring branches, scheduled steps or reply history. Resolve those differences before relying on the new workflow.
Which should you choose?
Choose Dripify when its required tier covers your process at a lower total cost. Basic can suit a one-campaign requirement. Pro is the more relevant starting comparison when you need unlimited campaigns and its inbox or export features. Advanced is worth evaluating when its specific testing and team controls are necessary.
Choose Expandi when its conditional builder and operating setup fit the work you need to run. Confirm which requirements Business covers, what requires an Agency quote and which visual tools cost extra. The $99 headline is where that comparison starts.
If neither fits, our Dripify alternatives and Expandi alternatives articles compare other options. Keep your existing tool if a switch cannot solve a specific problem at an acceptable cost.
When choosing prospects is the actual problem
If the difficulty is deciding whom to approach, first improve your LinkedIn prospecting process. Changing the sending tool alone will not make an unsuitable list relevant.
Trendle's published promise is: A fresh ranked list every day, with the reason to contact each name. Evaluate whether those reasons help you choose useful conversations. Trendle is not presented here as an equivalent replacement for either product's full campaign workflow.
Its free-plan promise is: Three free runs. No card, no count to chase. You can start free to review the shortlist and check current pricing before considering a paid package.
Questions people ask next
- Which is cheaper, Dripify or Expandi?
- On monthly billing, Dripify Basic is $59 per user and Pro is $79, while Advanced and Expandi Business are both $99. Basic allows one campaign, so the lowest price may not cover your workflow. Compare the required tier, sending seats and extras on the same billing period.
- Does Dripify support email sequences?
- Yes. Its pricing page reviewed September 27, 2026 lists LinkedIn and email sequences on all paid plans. Older comparisons saying it only supports LinkedIn are not a reliable description of the current offer. Verify the mailbox connection and sequence you need during evaluation.
- Does an Expandi subscription include Sales Navigator?
- Do not treat a supported LinkedIn workflow as evidence that a Sales Navigator subscription is included. Request a quote separating the automation subscription, LinkedIn subscriptions and optional tools. The pricing evidence reviewed for this comparison did not establish an included Sales Navigator license.
- Can I switch without duplicate outreach?
- Plan the transfer around people and conversation status as well as addresses. Preserve exclusions, identify pending actions, assign reply owners and pause the old workflow before activating its replacement. Verify the imported records and stop conditions before expanding. A CSV alone does not establish a complete transfer.
