Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trendle (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Trendle finds LinkedIn posts relevant to your business, surfaces the people who engage with them, ranks them against your ideal-customer profile, and — on paid plans — enriches them with business contact details. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use prospect data and the Service lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you will comply with all applicable laws when contacting prospects — including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR/ePrivacy), and the terms of any platform you use for outreach. You will not use the Service to harass, deceive, or send unlawful or bulk unsolicited messages, nor to resell raw prospect data.

4. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor (Stripe), and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial paid subscriptions. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of phone-number reveals, which resets at the start of each billing cycle and does not roll over. Email is included on paid plans. Additional phone reveals, if offered, are sold separately and are non-refundable once used.

5. No guarantee of results

Trendle is a prospecting tool. Prospect volume, contact-data accuracy, and outreach outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your niche, your messaging, and third-party data sources. We do not guarantee any specific number of prospects, accuracy of enriched data, replies, or sales.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Trendle and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. Data you input remains yours.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
